Request for nominations for the position of Guild Officer

As it may be a surprise to some, I was surprised, our guild officer has taken a leave of absence from her position but is still active with our guild.

I open the list for nominations or volunteers for the position.
As an added incentive the pay rate will be doubled from what it previously was.
This is on top of the built-in perks that come with the power of the position.

A secondary, but no less important matter - A warm welcome to the newest members of the guild as well as a number of long absent but not forgotten characters.

I've offered to help with the position before but you didn't need a second officer at the time or something. I'm still willing to do it, but exactly what WOULD an officer do? o.o

Pretty much it would be filling in for me when I am unavailable or away.

Resolve disputes - hand out warnings - help co-ordinate mentors where needed - review and admit new members - fix mistakes
Did I miss anything?

You are at the top of the list at the moment but I want to leave this open till the weekend so nobody will cry foul.

Not sure my voice counts yet but I figured I post...Gatemo seems to be the one who has been here the longest although Xeek may have been...I guess it can be decided by the maturity and attitude. Well that's what I think. After saying this I won't vote mostly because I really can't. Good luck to everyone!

As has been already discussed here and more so on the guild chat channel, it comes as no surprise that Gatemo will be the new number 1.

Now for the surprise - I am adding a number 2 - same headaches, er challenges, er perks, yeah perks, but without the access to the Guild Stone.
