The Guilds first art competition (To my knowledge)

Hey guild,
Ive looked around the forums a bit in my spare time, made a bit of postings and havent seen very many comps..so ive decided to create one open to all. Basically the prize will be a small clothing item, or 10-20k or something like that, but if you wanna give it a shot this is what you have to do. Reproduce this image as In Character as you can, if you know me, im a Neko character, if you dont know what a Neko is, check my guide on them in the creativity board. A clockwork Neko. Question - can you get a snapshot with better lighting? The background, hair, and darker parts of the outfit are kinda hard to tell apart. x3;
