Yes, our membership rolls were just short of the maximum allowed, at 237/250.
The number of active accounts has been trimmed to 137 members who have been active in the last 4 months.

Keep away from saying anything that may be considered harassment - especially sexual (yes calling someone/thing Gey qualifies)
- This will get you kicked from the Guild
- Kicked from Mabinogi (its in the TOS and IS very strictly enforced when reported - they LOG everything)

So in game today the leader of the guild RolePlayX requested that he and his guild members leave their current guild and join ours. Said leader is Omnisagi, a member who left here due to arguments a couple of months ago. He wishes to give his apologies for his rash actions and bring his members as well. However he wish to be reinstated into the guild and for his members to join as well without going through the application process. I have spoken to him about it and have told him that the chances of bypassing the application process are slim to none. With that, this is a simple notification of their wanting to join. If it is agreed upon for some reason that they can bypass the process, I will give them notice to request entrance into the guild.

As it may be a surprise to some, I was surprised, our guild officer has taken a leave of absence from her position but is still active with our guild.

I open the list for nominations or volunteers for the position.
As an added incentive the pay rate will be doubled from what it previously was.
This is on top of the built-in perks that come with the power of the position.

This has been a time of great change and turmoil in the guild.

It saddens me that so many have left so quickly and for so many different reasons.
Unfortunately some of those reasons have to do with how the guild and its members have conducted themselves as of late.
I am glad that a few have managed to rethink things and are giving us a second chance.
In time, I hope that we will earn the trust and respect of the rest so that they too may return to the fold.
Until that time, we as a guild have our work cut out for us.

There are a number of things that need to be addressed, some are of highest priority, others we have a little time to polish things up a bit first.

Top priority at the moment is
A new Second in command
I can not be on enough to catch everything that goes on in the guild [ almost a week sick didn't help ]
Mentors
I am bringing back the mentoring system from when the guild was new and applications were few but enthusiastic
This fell by the wayside with a change in the membership base and the number of applicants overwhelming the mentoring system as it was set up ...
