lLinkl (Note that the beginning and end are two different letters entirely. The first being a capital "i" and the last a lowercase "L" )
How You Heard About The RP Society:
It was actually my good fortune to stumble into an ongoing roleplay occurring just outside of Emain. After a few brief words I exchanged, (In character of course,) I decided that this was most certainly the guild for me. The people were honest and trustworthy, and much fun to be with.
How Long Have You Been Roleplaying?
My current age is sixteen. I have been actively forum trolling and role playing since I was nine. I am somewhat of an old hand.
Is English Your First Language?
English is indeed my first, and only current language. Though I do not regret that fact. I strive to master it, and harness it's potential.
A Short Biography Of Your Character:
Ah...Link, Link, Link. Currently, I am roleplaying an OC character, of whom perhaps everyone is familiar. The great Hero of Time, and wielder of the Master Sword. To those who are unfamiliar, Link is a young man who travels many lands, striking down evil wherever he is needed. He is the bearer of one of three artifacts of a whole that has limitless power bestowed by the goddesses, the Triforce, and is the current bearer (As well as his descendants) of the Triforce of Courage. The rest, is quite literally history.
However...I am more than obliged to pull out a Custom Character of my own design at some point should it be deemed. It's not beyond me.
What type of character do you play?
I play a mix of heavy defense and offense. Light magic, but heavy magical shielding, as well as melee. As far spanning as Link's arsenal is, I try and encompass that to great effect. My current armament includes a combat wand, Claymore, Bastard Sword, Kite shield, Composite Bow, and many other effects, as well as magical shielding.
What is your Mabinogi schedule?
Most of the time you can count on me to be incredibly active. Western Timezone, starting at 3:00pm. I really rather enjoy writing. xD

I would have to say it would definitely be best if you went with a custom character rather than something from another video game for a number of reasons. Other than that, I'd say you would be in, but I'm gonna hold off on approval until a bio and such is made for a character of your own making. If it helps, try looking at some of the other applicants or bios for reference on what I mean, though I think you already know. <:3

Yes please do. It is always better to start fresh. Even if you are inspired by something from another game, with a few tweaks you can make it your own.
Once you have decided on a name, please change your forum name to match it. It help everyone else keep things straight as to is who.
I look forward to what you eventually come up with and don't see any real hurdles on being accepted then.

I enjoied it but sounds a bit fimlar.... Triforce? Link?...? Anyone else find something fimlair to other games? Or is that just me

I had to dig for a little bit, but I believe I have found a suitable CC for me to revive. I borrowed aspects from several other bios I've used in the past, so the combination should be interesting at least. I'll leave sections two, three, four, and six out, as I answered them above. My new character bio will remain however. Most likely, Link will be only a side amusement for RPsociety. The cosplay itself is humorous.

A Short Biography Of Your Character:
Isematsu is a seventeen year old young man who has exiled himself to the mean streets of Tokyo, Japan. Orphaned at a birth by his mother's death in conceiving him, and a father's unwillingness to raise the child that killed his lover, he was sent to live unsuccessfully with foster families. Each of these individuals who attempted to raise him couldn't penetrate the cold and analytical exterior that he had built around himself to hide from reality, and each returned him despairingly. Despite this however, Isematsu does have a grudging respect and sense of morality to those who have tried to help him. He was simply letting his past fester within him, eating away like a sore. He doesn't tend to share his last name, due to the fact he despises it's original owner. Isematsu was a problem child, and had invaded his Orphanage's records at the age of thirteen, and discovered the harsh truth of his past. Until then, no one had disclosed the whereabouts of his father or mother to him. The truth laid out bare, Isematsu was stolen by a twin guilt and rage. Guilt that he was the supposed fault for his family's deterioration, and rage at his father's shameful rejection of him. It was at this point he knew what he must do: Find his real father, and let him know he was not finished with him yet. In a bold move, Isematsu fled from society, and into the seedy underbelly of Tokyo. It was here he was introduced to the Yakuza, and assimilated into their ranks with the promise of the power to exact his vengeance. However, things had not gone well for him. In the few short years under the watchful eyes of his supposed comrades, Isematsu clawed his way up in ranks. It was because of the methodical ruthlessness of which he performed campaigns. His success however was short lived, when a large scale weapons deal had been infiltrated by a spy. The resulting gunfight between the federal authorities and his men cost Isematsu his life. This proved to be his biggest mistake and redemption. It is also where his story begins...In the Soul Stream..A beautiful young girl named Nao, and the promise of a life of freedom which Isematsu couldn't have begun to fathom..
Isematsu is a tall, yet lanky with long jet black hair that obscure his features and tired blue eyes that seem to scrutinize all that fall under his gaze. He speaks in measured tones, as slick as oil, and devoid of many emotions. He still yet continues to throw up his most formidable defense of apparent apathy, which makes people believe he is heartless and cruel. The truth could very well be far from it. To most he talks to, he is very formal and polite, when he talks at all. In most cases it is to make a point that is fairly important. He is introspective; detached to a conversation or event at hand, but always listening and planning accordingly.

Isematsu upon learning of magic, was partial to immediately take it up under the guise of an Elf. The arcane arts appealed to his lust for power immensely. At times he has been known to dabble in potion brewing, and even deeper is his interest in Alchemy.
